About This Campaign
Join us for the 9th annual Habitat Home Run, a 5k, 10k, and 1 mile fun run presented by Great American Title Company on Saturday, August 25! Run through our fast, flat, and shady course in Habitat for Humanity’s partner neighborhood, Woodland Heights! All proceeds benefit Habitat’s Neighborhood Revitalization efforts in Woodland Heights
Pick your distance at the Habitat Home Run with a 5k, 10k, and 1 mile fun run option. Start and finish at historic Lafayette Park (202 E. Atlantic) in the Woodland Heights Neighborhood. A fast, flat, and shady route that have been revitalized by Habitat’s construction team and volunteers; see charming features the Moon City Creative District, and more!

One Mile Fun Run - $25 pre-registration; $30 race day (ages 5 and under free)
5k - $30 pre-registration; $35 race day
10k - $35 pre-registration; $40 race day
Register before August 1 to be guaranteed a Habitat Home Run event shirt.
Children under 5 may participate at no charge, but will not receive an event shirt. Participants with strollers and walkers should start at the back of the group. Race day registration begins at 6:00 am on Saturday, August 25, 2018 at Lafayette Park in Woodland Heights.
Top male and female participants in 5k and 10k. No age division prizes.
After Party Details:
After the race, stick around for our after party! We'll have great refreshments, entertainment, and great children's activities to enjoy in Lafayette Park!
Packet Pick Up:
Collect your race packet at the Habitat for Humanity ReStore from 9 am - 6 pm on Thursday, August 23, and Friday, August 24. Your packet will include an event shirt, race bib, and race day instructions. Packet pick up is also available on site from 6 am - 7 am on Saturday, August 25, 2018 at Lafayette Park - 202 E. Atlantic.
Parking for race participants can be found in designated parking lots at Reed Academy, Woodland Heights Presbyterian, and at the Springfield Dream Center. Volunteers will be available to direct parking. Additional parking can be found along side streets. Review the Race Map to see designated lots.
More than 100 volunteers are needed to support the 9th annual Habitat Home Run! All volunteers will receive a FREE volunteer shirt from Habitat for Humanity. To register as a volunteer, click here.

Habitat for Humanity of Springfield, Missouri believes every person in the Springfield and surrounding area deserves a decent place to live. As an affiliate of Habitat for Humanity International, HFHS impacts more than 110 households a year. Since 1988, HFHS has either built or renovated more than 570 homes, providing shelter for more than 1,100 men, women and children from Greene, Christian, and Webster Counties by helping people gain strength, stability and independence through housing, including home construction, rehabilitation and repairs and by increasing access to improved shelter through products and programs. HFHS is a United Way of the Ozarks partner agency.
